The new summer season of Senator Beach Club, a private beach club that is developed and managed by DEOL Partners, is officially opened.

Senator Apartments is going to celebrate the 5th Anniversary. This date signifies not only the foundation of the first complex of serviced apartments in Ukraine but also the implementation of the new standards of stay for the long-term travellers.

The American Chamber of Commerce (the АСС) hosted the Annual Members Appreciation Reception and New Chamber Discount Card Presentation on January 27^th, 2010. Senator Apartments as a permanent member of the ACC took part in the exhibition during this memorable event.

The first annual cocktail party “Back to Business Real Estate” organized by Europaproperty.com took place in Hyatt Regency Kyiv on December 03, 2009.
